pNode Pulse is a real-time analytics and monitoring platform for the Xandeum pNode network. The Service provides:

  • Network status monitoring and visualization
  • Node performance metrics and analytics
  • Historical data tracking and trend analysis
  • Alert notifications and reporting tools
  • Public API for data access

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You may create an account using your Solana wallet address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and any activities under your account.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

  • Keep your wallet credentials secure
  • Provide accurate information
  • Notify us of any unauthorized use
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Abuse the API through excessive requests or scraping
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities
  • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others

5. API Usage

5.1 Rate Limits

API access is subject to rate limits. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your access.

5.2 Attribution

If you use our API data in your application or website, we request (but do not require) attribution to pNode Pulse.

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by RECTOR-LABS and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The pNode Pulse codebase is available under the MIT License. See our GitHub repository for details.

8.2 Data Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate data, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information displayed on the Service. Node data is sourced from the Xandeum pRPC network and may not reflect real-time conditions.

8.3 No Financial Advice

Nothing on this Service constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice. Always do your own research before making decisions related to blockchain networks or cryptocurrency.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RECTOR-LABS and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Any unauthorized access to your account
  • Any interruption or cessation of the Service
  • Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Errors or omissions in any content

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RECTOR-LABS and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
